Metro Care Response is a privately owned and operated emergency medical services company headquartered at 550 Brush Ave NW in the Bronx, New York. We specialize in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and interfacility medical transportation — serving hospitals, nursing facilities, dialysis centers, and individual patients across the NYC metro area.
We weren't built in a boardroom. We were built on the streets of the Bronx, by people who know this community and understand what it actually takes to deliver reliable, respectful care when it matters most.
